Rafey Zaheer is founder and CEO of Medzah Industries, a leading manufacturer and distributor of disposable medical supplies, including exam gloves, mobility aids, orthopedic soft goods and custom lab kits. Over nine years, he grew the company from one employee to 80, expanding its reach from New England nationwide with a Dallas distribution center. Medzah generated $34 million in revenue in 2024, and is projected to exceed that in 2025.
